Incorporated in 2008 to provide facility management – Daleji Properties Limited (DPL) was set with it’s Core Strength being MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Cleaning Services, having a customer centric focus and transparency in our day to day management and accounting processes.  DPL is professionally managed and the management team has a rich and varied work experience through its team of qualified personnel with diverse backgrounds drawn from renowned public and private sector companies.

The company commenced its commercial operations from 1st March 2011 serving as the initial snag list resolution point to Bella Vista occupants and over the years apart from stabilizing services to Bella Vista, we proudly serve another four locations with an aggregate of approximately 500 residential units currently under our management.

DPL’s Management’s unique structure allows the company to develop custom blueprints to meet the client’s specific needs and requirements, by integrating strategic planning and operational focus, to deliver the best outcomes for it’s clients. Driving down costs, improving efficiency, maintaining client’s assets in the best possible manner, taking invaluable feedback from the residents to improve operational efficiencies and constantly benchmarking performance with competitors in the field of facility management, is what drives DPL’s professional team to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
